1. **Eligibility:** Participants must meet the age requirements specified for each workshop at the time of the start of the workshop. If under the age of 18, registration must be completed by a parent or guardian.

2. **Registration:** To reserve your spot in one of our workshops, you must submit a $20 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration for each workshop you are registering for. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a place as spaces are limited.

3. **Technology Requirements:** Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and necessary equipment (such as a computer and relevant software) to participate in the workshops.

4. **Cancellation Policy:** We kindly request that participants notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend, to allow others the opportunity to participate. The $20 deposit is non-refundable. The only exception is if your workshop must be canceled by Go Compose North America. If this occurs, your deposit will be returned.

5. **Workshop Modifications:** Go Compose North America reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, instructor illness, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.

6. **Participant Conduct:** Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during online workshops. Go Compose North America reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful, even in a virtual setting.

7. **Intellectual Property and Usage of Materials:** All workshop materials and performance recordings provided by Go Compose North America are the intellectual property of Go Compose North America and its instructors. Participants may not use these materials or recordings for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Additionally, participants must obtain written consent from Go Compose North America before using any recordings of the workshops for their own purposes.

8. **Privacy Policy:** Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the online workshops and communicating with participants about Go Compose North America activities. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. **Media Release:** By participating in the online workshops, participants grant Go Compose North America permission to use screenshots, recordings, or any other media captured during the workshops for promotional or educational purposes.

10. **Health and Safety:** Participants are expected to ensure their own health and safety in their environment during participation in the online workshops.

11. **Acknowledgment and Agreement:** By submitting this registration form, the participant (or their parent/guardian) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and confirms understanding of the same.
